Primarily selling flowers, Canaflora uses an innovative business model to send these little (or big) bouquets of happiness. Considered a top brand across the country, we are the website to go to and the number to dial if you need to send a gift across the country or down the street.

Humble Beginnings

The Canaflora seeds were planted by a young, bright-eyed Entrepreneurs dreaming of his own flower business. 

We called local flower shops, explaining his vision and getting them on board. In time Canaflora was established two of its own locations in Ottawa and Calgary. After almost eight years, the company is still going strong and continues to strive for floral excellence across Canada.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Many people say it, but we mean it. We’re a new business and our customers are the water to our roots, the sun to our leaves. This means our small company provides you with the best customer service you’ll ever get and the best product we’ll ever get.

BUSINESS MODEL

When Exploriem.org heard about our business plan in 2012, they threw a shoe at us. It was a gold shoe with the title “Bootstrap award for the best business model,” which earned us the winning title that year.

When we created the company we realized there were flaws in the way the flower business was run. The classic model was for the flowers to go through five steps before landing on your doorstep, which created extra costs and lowered quality. We decided to cut out the middleman, work out of a warehouse instead of a fancy storefront, and do as much as we can ourselves — all so we can pass on the savings and quality to you.
